Alpro Gift Card/E-Gift Card Activation and Redemption

Both Alpro Gift Card/E-Gift card need to be activated at Alpro One Click. Entire Gift Card value will be reflected as Alpro Points upon activation. Alpro Points is redeemable at both Alpro Pharmacy Outlets and Alpro OneClick.

Alpro Gift Card/E-Gift Card Validity

All activated gift cards is valid for 12 months. Alpro Gift Card/E-Gift Card is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. No refunds are permitted with respect to Gift Card/E-Gift Card.

Lost or Stolen Alpro Gift Card/E-Gift Card

Shall you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Alpro Gift Card/E-Gift Card, please connect with our Customer Service (06-7921923 ;customercare@alpropharmacy.com) to report on the case. Alpro Pharmacy Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any claims, demand, loss, damage, expense, or liability of any kind of unauthorized uses of the purchased Alpro Gift Card / E-Gift Card. Please do not display your Alpro Gift Card/E-Gift Card security code to anyone. When reasonable suspect of fraud is detected, Alpro Pharmacy Sdn Bhd reserves ALL rights to take legal actions against offender(s).
