This Decathlon Gift Card (“Gift Card”) Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are applicable in addition to the Privacy Policy on Decathlon.my

Your redemption or attempted redemption of the Gift Card constitutes your acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions of use and agreement to the Privacy Policy.

The Gift Card can be used to make purchases in physical stores, website www.decathlon.my and Decathlon mobile app in Malaysia only. This Gift Card can be used for multiple transactions, until the value of the Gift Card is used or until the Gift Card expires. If the value of the purchase exceeds the available balance on the Gift Card, the difference can be made up with another form of payment. If the value of the purchase is less than the available balance on the Gift Card, no change will be given for the remaining balance.

The Gift Card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Strictly no extension of the validity period will be allowed and any balance left on the Gift Card after the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.

The Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.

The Gift Card can be accumulated or combined with any other Gift Card or vouchers.

The Gift Card is applicable for purchases of Decathlon Products (in-store and online) or Marketplace products (online only) only and is not applicable for purchases of gift cards and purchases via DecathlonPRO.

Decathlon Malaysia is not responsible and will not replace or reimburse the value of the Gift Card if it is lost, stolen, damaged or if its validity period expires. The bearer of the Gift Card will be taken to be the owner of the Gift Card in these circumstances.

This Gift Card may not be reloaded with additional funds after purchase.

Return of items purchased with this Gift Card will be refunded using another Gift Card.

Decathlon Malaysia reserves the right to refuse to accept the Gift Card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated, suspected to be affected by fraud of where the use of the Gift Card is contrary to any of the terms above.

Decathlon Malaysia reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
